Background
Ivan has been building production software for over ten years and founded BZB Studio in Lisbon in 2024. The studio builds booking platforms, internal tools, marketing sites, chatbots and AI assistants for small businesses across the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, with one senior developer running each project from scoping through to launch.
He also builds and runs three products of his own, which is where the operational numbers in his writing come from: Allmond, which tracks how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer questions about a brand across 67 countries; CoffeeUP, a coffee-machine repair business running on the booking platform the studio sells; and twitHR, a time-off and HR hub for teams that work in Slack.
