Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and any work we agree to do for you. By using the site or engaging us, you accept them. A signed proposal always takes precedence where the two differ.

1. Our services

BZB Studio designs, builds and maintains websites, web apps, AI tools and automations. The exact scope of any engagement is set out in a written proposal agreed with you.

2. Quotes and payment

Prices shown on this site are starting points. We provide a fixed quote for an agreed scope before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, we invoice a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days.

3. Scope and changes

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it. We will always flag change requests that affect price or timeline rather than surprise you later.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you, including the code and design. We keep the right to reuse general know how and any pre existing or open source components, and to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access and feedback we need in good time, and to hold the rights to any materials you give us. Delays in these can affect the timeline.

6. Confidentiality

Each side agrees to keep the other's non public information confidential and to use it only for the project. We are happy to sign a mutual non disclosure agreement.

7. Warranties and support

We fix defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Beyond that, ongoing support is available through a care plan. We provide our work with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee it is entirely error free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either side may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work done up to that point, and we hand over completed deliverables once outstanding invoices are settled.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BZB Studio is established, and disputes are subject to its courts.
