We only collect what we need to answer you and run our business:
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email and company, when you request a quote or book a call.
- Project details you choose to share so we can prepare a quote.
- Basic analytics about how this site is used, in aggregate.
3. How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver projects, send you information you asked for, and improve our site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train public AI models.
4. Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, on our legitimate interest in running the studio, and on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate, such as email, scheduling and hosting tools, and only as far as needed. They are bound to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up, and project data for as long as our contract and legal duties require, then delete it.
